Definitions:

Terms are defined in the partnership agreements made with manufacturing companies. 

 

Cancelling orders will still be charged shipping cost if product has been sent. 

Zoom call confirmation and scheduling: if scheduled and not cancelled within 48 hours of time schedule will be a 50 percent refund. 

No shows will incur full charge. 

Recommendations to include any products unless otherwise agreed upon before in-person or zoom call. 

These terms and conditions are subject to modification any time up to and including the dates of the 2025 and 2026 retail sales or meetings via documentation.
